Minor fixes

  1. NUnit test categories now can be defined using constants, not only with string literals.
  2. The translator can now correctly translate solutions with projects grouped into folders.
  3. Member function IPAddress::HostToNetworkOrder is implemented now.
  4. Excluding tests by category now works correctly for base classes as well.
  5. If you don't have a license, a dialog will now appear offering to get a free annual subscription on the site.
  6. ZLib version is updated to 1.3.1.
