The console application of the new translator has been refactored to improve compatibility with the command line of the old version.
The application was refactored to eliminate unused code fragments and subsystems.
Added a docker file for building Linux versions of the framework and translated projects (for x86 and ARM architectures).
Numerous fixes and stability improvements were made.
